Track drift or device delay?

Find where the beat went.

Inspect the source grid. Measure the phone. Verify twenty beats. Export one honest offset for Godot or Unity.

Begin calibration

Runs entirely in this browser. Audio never leaves your device.

The field test

One diagnosis in three passes

Use the same target phone and headphones or speakers your players use. Finish each pass in order.

Pass 01 / source

Check the track grid

Import a song or try the built-in click. We look for energy onsets and compare them with an adjustable beat grid.

Pass 02 / output

Measure this device

Tap with each pulse. Twelve samples estimate the combined browser, output, and human response on this setup.

Pulse cue
Use a known offset instead of tapping

If precise tapping is difficult, enter an offset measured with an external loopback or high-speed camera. This is recorded as a manual measurement in the export.

Press start, then tap the large pad or press Space with every pulse.

Complete Pass 01 before measuring the device.

Pass 03 / proof

Verify twenty beats

Repeat the pulse test. We remove the measured device offset and report the median absolute residual.

Confirm Passes 01 and 02 to unlock verification.
